Prosthetic rehabilitation of an edentulous cleft lip and palate patient with a combined hard soft defect is great challenge, due to the lack retention obturator prosthesis as result its weight inability obtain border seal. Dental implants improve retention, stability, occlusal function prostheses when used in carefully selected cases.
